Please call the practice on 0161 277 6939 or attend in person to discuss an urgent appointment.
There are additional appointments available with Cheetham Hill Medical Centre and North Manchester General Hospital as part of an extended access service. For further details on the available services/locations and how to book please speak to Reception staff.

Cancelling or changing the appointment
Please inform the practice as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
You can cancel on the NHS app, Patient Access or by calling 0161 277 6939.
We have a high number of appointments that are missed and go uncancelled.
Uncancelled appointments cost a lot of time, money and the ability to see see other patients.
We have a policy of three DNA’s and then a patient could be removed from the practices patient list and will not be allowed to register again.
Please speak to reception if you have any questions.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Online Appointments
There are also access to book appointments for the GP online, and the appointments become available at the same time as the available appointments on the phone. You can access these by registering for online access on either :
Although you can register online, you will only be able to have full access when we are able to verify your information. Please contact the surgery on 0161 277 69395 for any clarification needed.

Home Visits
If you require the medical attention of a doctor but are unable to attend the surgery, please contact the surgery before 10:30. This will enable staff to manage the daily workload and ensure doctors availability.
Practice reception staff will log your request in the appointment diary and the doctors will telephone you during the course of the morning to discuss this request.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
