Home Visits

doctors_bag1If you require the medical attention of a doctor but are unable to attend the surgery, please contact the surgery before 10:30. This will enable staff to manage the daily workload and ensure doctors availability.

Practice reception staff will log your request in the appointment diary and the doctors will telephone you during the course of the morning to discuss this request.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
